My name is Britt Myrli and I am a 1966 model from Norway. I am educated as a civil engineer in the design and architecture.

 I am a self taught artist and I've always liked drawing since I could take a pencil or crayon (which my parents notice when I first began to draw on the wall!)

 My father was a self-taught local artist and I had many hours with him in the studios and we had some shows together. Unfortunately, he went away too early, and for my own part was the time allocated to school, work and family. Now, 20 years later, everything has calmed down a bit and I want to get started with art again.

 I have a fascination for drawing, with pen, pencil, charcoal and pastels, and painting watercolors. Previously I painted a lot of acrylic but I have not taken that up again.
