I've always enjoyed expressing myself through photography and painting. My mum was a teacher, so there always seemed to be a roll of butcher's paper available, which was transformed into paintings and potato prints for plastering on the walls of our rambling old house. In 2008, I attended a weekend workshop where my passion for painting was re-ignited and I haven't been able to put the pens or paintbrushes down since! In 2009, I won an award for 'New and Emerging Artist' at a local exhibition and have won several more awards since them. My style is continuously developing as I experiment with new techniques.
